Ieri, come ancora oggi, mi trovavo a Milano per EIRE edizione 2013, la fiera del Real Estate italiano dove insieme alle aziende nostre partners a me vicine, abbiamo realizzato uno spazio stimolante denso di contenuti, di progetti internazionali.  Ad EIRE, posso dirlo con piacere, mi sono sentito immerso in un clima di positività.  Nell’atmosfera, volta verso il futuro, leggo entusiasmo per un nuovo possibile fare.  Ciò che si respira nell’aria qui in fiera è un profumo se non di ripresa totale, dopo la recente crisi, almeno di volontà di progressione.  Qui ho percepito il desiderio comune di far sì che l’Italia non si cristallizzi.  Ad EIRE 2013 ho avuto la prova che tutti, sia persone conosciute da anni e con cui ho rapporti di business e di amicizia, sia volti nuovi, stiamo lottando insieme in uno sforzo congiunto.  Questa tensione collettiva ci consente di nutrire l’ottimistica speranza di poter riportare l’Italia allo splendore che la rende nota nel mondo, un obiettivo sicuramente raggiungibile.

Yesterday, as well as today, I was/will be in Milan for 2013 edition of the EIRE Trade Show, the exhibition of Italian real estate.  We have created a space along with our corporate partners who are very close to me … a space full of exciting content featuring international projects. I can say with pleasure that at EIRE,  I felt immersed in an atmosphere of positivity. In the atmosphere, geared to the future. There is enthusiasm for a new possibilities, new horizons.

 

What is in the air here at the fair is a perfume of progress, of moving on even though we still have not completely recovered from the recent economic downturn. Here I perceived a common desire to ensure that Italy does not crystallize and remain frozen in this less than positive moment. 

 

At EIRE 2013 I had the proof that everyone, both people I have known for years and with whom I have business relationships and friendships, as well as new faces, are all struggling together in a joint effort. This collective power enables us to nurture the optimistic hope of bringing Italy to the splendor that keeps her in the spotlight worldwide, …. certainly an attainable goal.
