I giorni 15-16-17 Novembre 2013 sono stati spesi, con l’amico Massimo Gardini con il quale vivo una perfetta sintonia, per visitare la cittadina di Alustha in Crimea e per conoscere un nuovo intelligente committente con la sua gentile moglie.

Ho incontrato quest’uomo dall’estesa visione che mi ha chiamato, che mi ha voluto incontrare per farmi firmare un prestigioso intervento di plurime ville da realizzare in una fatata piccola foresta di fronte al Mar Nero, il 15 in tarda sera (l’incontro è poi proseguito per tutta la giornata seguente).
Dopo una breve passeggiata al chiaro di luna, intorno al lotto dove realizzare le lussuose residenze, ci siamo intrattenuti a discutere del progetto nella sua residenza poco distante dalla magica terra con una vista mozzafiato sul mare.
Consumando uno piacevole spuntino post cena, caratterizzato, tra le varie cose, da sublimi uova di salmone ed altrettanto intriganti vini francesi, sono arrivate quasi le tre del mattino senza che ce ne accorgessimo.

Abbiamo parlato a lungo intorno al tema delle future residenze e non solo, scoprendoci momento dopo momento in perfetta osmosi intellettuale.
Il mio nuovo committente desiderava da me identità, qualità, distintività, sostenibilità ed unicità, io dopo aver capito visceralmente quel prezioso spazio intriso di grande sentimento grazie alla sua particolare conformazione e posizione, ho portato alla sua attenzione in maniera fulminea e con trasporto emotivo, la mia visione architettonica indicandogli la via per la definizione di un’insieme di opere simboliche dense di significato espressivo e contenutistico-funzionale.
Durante la libera ed informale chiacchierata mi e gli brillavano gli occhi per la piena ed inconsapevole condivisione di visione.
Quella sera sono certo di aver incontrato un nuovo compagno d’avventura con il quale condividere sogni da trasformare in fisica materia dallo straordinario profumo.

Ogni volta che il mio percorso vitale mi porta ad incontrare un mio simile, un umano che viaggia mentalmente sulla mia stessa lunghezza d’onda, sia in termini progettuali che imprenditoriali in una nuova e sconosciuta parte del mondo, mi emoziono, mi carico di positività, la felicità cresce nel mio cuore.

Sono proprio un uomo fortunato!
Sono un uomo in continua ricerca di fortuna.
Sono un uomo che vive nella fortuna perché capace di riconoscere in ogni attimo spazi d’ infinita meraviglia.

A wonderful meeting in Alustha – Crimea

Day 15th-16th-17th of November 2013 were spent with my friend Max Gardini with whom I live in perfect harmony, to visit the town of Alustha in Crimea and to meet a new smart client with his gentle wife.

I met this man from the extensive vision that called me, he wanted to meet me to sign a prestigious project of multiple villas to develop in a small fairy forest in front of the black Sea, later that evening of November 15th (the meeting continued until the next day).
After a short walk in the moonlight, around the lot where the luxury villas would be realized, we got entertained discussing the project at his residence not far from the magical land with a breathtaking view of the sea.
Consuming an enjoyable after dinner snack, characterized, among other things, by heavenly salmon eggs and equally intriguing french wines, we talked until three in the morning without noticing!
We talked a lot about the theme of future residences and beyond, discovering that perfect moment by moment in intellectual osmosis.

My new client wanted me to give him identity, quality, distinctiveness, uniqueness and sustainability, I understand visceraly after that precious space imbued with great feeling thanks to its special shape and position, I brought to his attention in a swift and emotional transport, my architectural vision pointing the way for the definition of a set of symbolic works full of expressive meaning and content-functional.

During the free and informal chat his eyes and mine shined for the full and unconscious sharing of vision.
That evening I was sure that I had made a new partner with whom I would share dreams yet to be transformed into physical matter by the extraordinary perfume.
Every time my destiny takes me to meet a similar person, a human who travels mentally on my same wavelength, both in terms of design and entrepreneurship in a new and unfamiliar part of the world, I get excited, I get full of positivity, happiness grows in my heart.

I’m a lucky man!

I’m a man who lives in luck because I’m able to recognize every moment spaces of infinite wonder.
