Il soggiorno a Suzhou ad un’ora di macchina da Shanghai, e’ stato interessante, coinvolgente, denso di emozioni, di cose fatte, di cose da fare, di progetti da sviluppare.
Gli organizzatori del concorso “Future Master” International Hotel Design Competition and Workshop che mi ha visto come membro di giuria insieme agli amici Arturo Dell’Acqua Bellavitis, Armando Bruno, Antonella Dedini, Marina Baracs, sono stati fantastici.
Il lavoro si e’ svolto fluidamente attraverso plurimi confronti e discussioni che hanno fatto emergere convergenze concettuali tra i due mondi – Cina ed Italia – ed hanno favorito un avvicinamento di spiriti e di umori.
Le parole chiave che abbiamo portato agli amici d’oriente nei molteplici dibattiti sono stati: etica, progressione, riflessione, evoluzione, allontanamento dallo stereotipo conosciuto, intelligenza, silenzio, ascolto, confronto, ibridazione, contaminazione.
Alla conclusione in un salone con piu’ di 1000 presenti c’e’ stata contentezza e grande coinvolgimento emotivo.
E’ stato bello parlare.
E’ stato bello ascoltare.
E’ stato bello condividere storie.
E’ stato bello incrociare pensieri altri.
E’ stato bello esportare esperienze per importare esperienze.
Durante il viaggio di andata e quello di ritorno ho dialogato con nuovi clienti e con amici con i quali condivido progetti in angoli diversi di quella straordinaria terra dove tutti hanno ancora voglia di fare, di crescere, di progredire qualificando con molta attenzione, adesso, per la compatibilita’ ambientale e per la sostenibilita’.
E’ sempre meraviglioso vedere simili-uguali-diversi che amano correre come io corro, che si prendono del “prezioso tempo per pensare”.
Adesso sono ad “EIRE” a Milano, dinamica lavatrice per il “confronto immobiliare” che, nonostante i tempi critici per molti, ma non per tutti, si è dimostrata (ormai è l’ultimo giorno) piena di di smalto e di capacità propositiva.
Ma di questo vi parlerò piu’ avanti.

“Future Master” International Hotel Design Competition and Workshop

My experience in Suzhou, one hour far from Shanghai, was very interesting, fascinating, full of emotions, incentives and new projects to develop.
The organizators of the “Future Master” International Hotel Design Competition and Workshop – in which I was a member of the jury, together with the friends Arturo Dell’Acqua Bellavitis, Armando Bruno, Antonella Dedini, Marina Baracs – were amazing.
The days were plenty of meetings of minds and debates that took out conceptual convergences among the Italian and the Chinese world, promoting the approaching of spirits and fluids.
The key words we offer to our oriental friends were: ethics, evolution, development, removal from stereotypes, listening ability, silent, comparision, ibridation, contamination.
At the end of the workshop, in a room with more than 1000 people, we were all happy and emotionally engaged.
It was good to talk.
It was good to listen.
It was good to share tales.
It was good to intersect thoughts.
It was good to export experiences, importing experiences.
During this trip I met new clients and friends with who I collaborate for projects in many places of this amazing world, where people have still the desire of doing, of growing up, of getting better, of qualifying, taking care of the environment and eco-sustainability.
Feeling people – similar or different from me- that run on the same way of mine, taking their precious time to think, is always one of the best emotion.
Now I’m at EIRE fair, in Milan: a dynamic washing machine of “real estate comparison” that, in spite of this difficult years, has been (today is the last day) strongly full of propositive capacity.
But we will talk about this later.
