Dare vita ad un progetto etico ed intelligente significa oltrepassare i confini della realtà nota affinché prenda forma una opera autentica, unica, abile nell’offrire ai suoi visitatori esperienze che non possono accadere altrove.
Definisco etici tali progetti poiché il loro fine supera l’essere bello e funzionale e si dirige oltre l’essere effimero e temporale. Un progetto etico infatti prende vita con la principale volontà di restare, resistere, risiedere; divenire parte essenziale del territorio in cui pone le radici e lavorare alla sua qualificazione.
Il progetto etico si pone come obiettivo quello di essere attento e sostenibile, sia dal punto vista ambientale sia economico; sia per ciò che riguarda la forma sia per quanto concerne il suo contenuto.
Un progetto etico ed intelligente sorge dal desiderio di soddisfare realmente le esigenze dell’uomo contemporaneo e si fa concreto carico delle responsabilità che il muoversi nel mondo comporta.

THE ETHICAL PROJECT 

To give birth to an ethical and smart project means to cross borders of known reality with the aim of shaping an authentic, unique work, able to offer to visitors unrepeatable experiences.
I define as ethical these projects because their essence goes beyond the status of being beautiful and functional and oversteps the being temporary and ephemeral.
The ethical project is made by the main desire of staying, resisting, of being located. It is essential part of the territory in which it has roots and it works for his qualification.
The ethical project must be sustainable both from environmental and economical point of view, about its shape and its content.
The smart and ethical project arises from the desire of satisfying human needs and it takes care of the responsibilities that life contains.
