Lunghi periodi di disattenzione all’ambiente hanno causato  danni ingenti le cui conseguenze sono oggi sotto gli occhi di tutti; è  quindi indispensabile che ciascun progettista si faccia carico delle responsabilità che la creazione dell’opera porta con sé, esaminando con cura le possibili sfaccettature che questa racchiude. 

Al termine del ciclo vitale standard di ogni oggetto rimane sempre qualcosa che è necessario prendere in considerazione. Studi, analisi ed ricerche conducono alla formulazione di soluzioni possibili affinché anche il rifiuto e ciò che è residuo possa trasformarsi in risorsa.

La progettazione di luoghi sostenibili traduce in formula concreta un pensiero di attenzione, rispetto e cura verso l’essere umano e l’ambiente in cui egli vive, avviando un reale mutamento sia nella concezione dello spazio, sia nello stile di vita degli uomini e di conseguenza nella progettazione delle esperienze e dei servizi che pongono il fruitore al centro. 

Un cambiamento di cui abbiamo concreta necessità e verso cui l’umanità sta muovendo i primi passi nonostante la strada da percorrere sia ancora abbastanza lunga. 

Troppo spesso si parla di ecosostenibilità con superficialità, senza comprendere effettivamente i concetti che essa racchiude e le differenti prospettive da cui è possibile sia coglierla, sia renderla esplicita. 

Trattare concretamente di ecosostenibilità  significa formulare analisi basate di volta in volta sul contesto di riferimento e non per forza dettare rigide regole da rispettare alla cieca.

Sustainable design

Long periods of inattention to the environment have caused extensive damage, the consequences of which are nowadays visible to everyone; it is therefore essential that each designer takes charge of the responsibilities that the creation of the work brings with it, carefully examining the possible facets that it contains.

At the end of the standard life cycle of each object there is always something that needs to be taken into consideration. Studies, analysis and research lead to the formulation of possible solutions so that even waste and what is residual can be transformed into a resource.

The design of sustainable places translates into a concrete formula a thought of attention, respect and care towards the human being and the environment in which he lives, initiating a real change both in the conception of space and in the lifestyle of men and consequence in the planning of experiences and services that put the user at the center.

A change of which we have a real need and towards which humanity is taking its first steps despite the road ahead is still quite long.

Too often we talk about eco-sustainability with superficiality, without actually understanding the concepts that it contains and the different perspectives from which it is possible to grasp it, and make it explicit.

To concretely deal with eco-sustainability means to formulate analyzes based on the reference context from time to time and not necessarily dictate strict rules to be met blindly.
