Opulenza e materiali preziosi sono ormai superati per lasciare spazio ad un nuovo rapporto tra uomo, spazio e tempo. 

L’uomo è il cardine dei miei progetti e il nuovo lusso è dare risalto alla sua esperienza riportando l’attenzione sul significato del qui ed ora e delle piccole cose.

Ciò che ha valore per me è riappropriarsi della bellezza del quotidiano: parlare un’ora con i miei figli, fermarsi qualche minuto a contemplare la forma delle nuvole, svegliarsi ogni mattina con la gioia di poter vivere ancora un nuovo giorno.

Il lusso per me è tutto questo: l’essenza e la semplicità che rendono la vita degna di essere vissuta, rendendola un’esperienza straordinaria.

What is luxury in architecture to me?

Opulence and precious materials are now outdated and have been replaced to make room for a new relationship between man, space and time. 

Man is indeed the main subject of my projects and  the new idea of luxury is to focus on the experience of the moment and of the little things.

What is important to me is to regain the beauty of everyday life, talking for an hour with my children, stopping for a few minutes to contemplate the shape of the clouds, waking up every morning with the joy of being able to live another day.

Luxury to me is all about essence and simplicity that make life worth living and such a wonderful experience.
