Le forme degli oggetti hanno la capacità di suscitare emozioni tanto da influenzare l’umore delle persone che li utilizzano. La percezione di un oggetto può essere spiegata attraverso i principi fondamentali della psicologia e delle neuroscienze. E se questi oggetti ci circondano quotidianamente nello spazio abitativo, la loro geometria diventa fondamentale. 

Per questo motivo, quando do vita ai miei progetti, il fine ultimo è sempre quello di arrivare a definire “cose” capaci di suggestionare in positivo gli “umani umori”. Se riflettiamo si tratta degli stessi principi sui quali è stato fondato il Feng Shui circa 4.000 anni fa, arte affine all’architettura che ha l’obiettivo di comporre spazi e ambienti nei quali vivere in equilibro e armonia. 

Il design, nei nostri spazi involucrati, si pone dunque oggi come iperstimolatore naturale per favorire meravigliose risposte possibili da parte degli utilizzatori.

Psychology of shapes: how the mood is being influenced by the Interior Design

The shapes of objects have the ability to arouse emotions so as to influence the mood of the people who use them. The perception of an object can be explained through the fundamental principles of psychology and neuroscience. And if these objects surround us every day in the living space, their geometry becomes fundamental.

For this reason, when I give life to my projects, the ultimate goal is always to define “things” that can positively influence the human mood. If we think about it, it is the same principles on which Feng Shui was founded around 4,000 years ago, art akin to architecture that aims to compose spaces and environments in which to live in balance and harmony.

Design, in our enclosed spaces, therefore today stands as a natural hyperstimulator to favor wonderful possible responses by users.
