Il mio intervento come relatore a HospitalitySud, il salone per hotellerie ed extralberghiero che si terrà a Napoli il 25 e il 26 febbraio 2020, sarà l’occasione per verificare lo stato di avanzamento dei lavori di interessanti progetti in corso di realizzazione nel territorio partenopeo.

Da sempre fonte di ispirazione per scrittori, poeti e artisti, il cuore di Napoli è pronto a ospitare Soul Art Hotel. Dentro a un edificio storico dall’architettura possente si cela uno spazio fascinoso e fuori dall’ordinario che si compone di 25 camere dotate di arredi rigorosamente bianchi, modulari ma iconici – ciascuna decorata nelle pareti e nei soffitti da artisti diversi selezionati tramite una call che ha ottenuto oltre 500 candidature – e aree comuni che attraverso un netto contrasto cromatico diventano vere e proprie gallerie fotografiche incorniciando le immagini degli artisti che hanno contribuito al progetto decorativo. Tutto questo è Soul Art Hotel: il Contemporary Museum Hotel che trasforma il concetto di accoglienza in experience design.

Poco distante, nella accogliente cornice di Scisciano, INvillas è il complesso residenziale che ho progettato in collaborazione con Dario Maddaloni. Uno spazio abitativo smart e fortemente distintivo che si caratterizza per l’opulenza delle sensazioni che è capace di veicolare. Sostenibilità, funzionalità e innovazione sono le parole chiave che insieme a bellezza e piacere dei sensi caratterizzano il concept che ha dato vita all’affascinante processo di progettazione dell’intero edificio. Una nuova idea di appartaments che si pone l’obiettivo di uscire dai tradizionali canoni abitativi aspirando a diventare un’opera d’arte.

Soul Art Hotel and INvillas

My participation as a speaker at HospitalitySud, the hotel and non-hotel trade show that will be held in Naples on 25 and 26 February 2020, will be an opportunity to check the progress of the work on interesting projects underway in the Neapolitan territory.

Always source of inspiration for writers, poets and artists, the heart of Naples is ready to host Soul Art Hotel. Inside a historic building with mighty architecture is a fascinating and out of the ordinary space that consists of 25 rooms with rigorously white, modular but iconic furnishings – each decorated in the walls and ceilings by different artists selected through a call that it has obtained over 500 applications – and common areas which through a clear chromatic contrast become real photo galleries by framing the images of the artists who contributed to the decorative project. All this is Soul Art Hotel: the Contemporary Museum Hotel which transforms the concept of hospitality into experience design.

Not far away, in the welcoming setting of Scisciano, INvillas is the residential complex that I designed in collaboration with Dario Maddaloni. A smart and highly distinctive living space that is characterized by the opulence of the sensations it is capable of conveying. Sustainability, functionality and innovation are the keywords that together with beauty and pleasure of the senses characterize the concept that gave rise to the fascinating design process of the entire building. A new idea of ​​apartments that aims to get out of the traditional housing canons aspiring to become a work of art.
