Sta per prendere forma nel centro della città di Shanghai, un nuovo edificio dedicato all’uomo contemporaneo. Un progetto iconico, di lusso, fuori dal coro che intende regalare esperienze uniche e stimolanti a chi varca una delle sue vie d’accesso. Oltre 30 mila metri quadrati accoglieranno residenze eleganti e raffinate, uno shopping mall ed un boutique hotel. L’edificio è ideato per divenire un vero e proprio manifesto urbano sostenibile attraverso l’utilizzo di un sistema geotermico che sfrutta il naturale calore del terreno per produrre energia e di un impianto fotovoltaico, con l’obiettivo di rendere la struttura altamente performante ed affascinante allo stesso tempo. La città fuori si riflette lungo le pareti grazie ad un cadenzato articolarsi di finestre specchiate e superfici fluide che di notte portano in scena un attraente gioco di luci e di ombre, di pieni e di vuoti. Un’opera viva, mai uguale a se stessa, poliprospettica, dall’animo misurato e pulito, che traducendo la complessità del contemporaneo in semplicità d’approccio, è pensata per diventare il simbolo di una metropoli in continua evoluzione.

A new manifesto in Shanghai

A new building, designed for the contemporary man, is about to take shape in the heart of Shanghai. An iconic, luxurious, and radical project built with the idea of offering an unparalleled and exciting experience to everyone walking in. More than 30 thousand squared meters will include refined and elegant residences, a shopping mall and an hotel boutique. The project was created with the aim of embodying a real manifesto of urban sustainability thanks to the implementation of a geothermal system that creates energy by exploiting the natural heat of the ground, and a photovoltaic system, in order to make the whole building high-performance and fascinating at the same time. The whole city is reflected along its walls thanks to a rhythmic articulation of mirrored windows and fluid surfaces that perfectly catch the fascinating interaction between lights and shadows, between the material elements and the empty space taking place every night. A multi perspective, ever-evolving and living work, characterized by a simple soul, which perfectly translates the complexity of the contemporary life into the simplicity of its approach, and designed to be the symbol of an ever-evolving metropolis.
