Dal 15 al 21 Giugno 2020, Hotel Regeneration e The Ugly Duckling Becomes a Swan – le due mostre che sto preparando per il fuorisalone 2021 rispettivamente in Via Ventura 14 e al mio studio in Via Ventura 6, a Lambrate – saranno presentate virtualmente in anteprima sul sitoweb www.simonemicheli.com. 

Spazi tridimensionali da contemplare con un click. Il visitatore scoprirà le geometrie delle esibizioni che il prossimo anno animeranno e sorprenderanno il Lambrate Design District durante la Milano Design Week. Hotel Regeneration, organizzata in collaborazione con Hotel & Tourism Forum, PKF Hotelexperts sarà un contenitore sperimentale ed interattivo capace di narrare il futuro del settore hospitality, coinvolgendo prestigiose aziende partners. Ibridazione, contaminazione, alterazione sono le parole chiave che guideranno la sua manifestazione, dando vita ad uno spazio dedicato all’ospitalità in cui le funzioni si contaminano e gli ambienti si fondono osmoticamente, grazie ad un intelligente uso di tecnologia e materiali connessi al mondo dell’innovazione e a nuovi quadri esistenziali del nostro presente. Le installazioni saranno dedicate a prestigiose catene alberghiere internazionali e a personaggi d’eccellenza del mondo dello spettacolo, della musica, del giornalismo, della critica, dello sport, della cucina, della moda. 

The Ugly Duckling Becomes a Swan presenterà, invece, la trasfigurazione di un immobile potenzialmente interessante ma poco performante in termini visivi e funzionali. Il progetto intende modificare l’essenza estetica del luogo rendendolo supersonico, superergonomico, superfunzionale.  Una mirata qualificazione immobiliare realizzata attraverso la maestria di eccellenti aziende che immergerà il visitatore all’interno della futura opera reale. Il rinnovato spazio prenderà forma in un prestigioso immobile fronte mare sulla storica passeggiata di Viareggio in Versilia. Un progetto etico ed intelligente che descrive  un nuovo modo di fare architettura.

Il 15 Giugno avrà luogo inoltre, sempre online, anche #REStart hospitality: Investment & Design, un’inedita e innovativa giornata dedicata alla ripartenza di investimenti e design nel settore hospitality organizzata da Hotel & Tourism Forum Milan, PKF Hotelexperts.

Sono attesi oltre 1500 delegati, un centinaio di business partner e più di 50 speaker nazionali e internazionali. All’interno di questo panel terrò una conference sulla riqualificazione immobiliare ed il futuro dell’hotellerie e presenterò in anteprima le mie mostre.

From June 15th to June 21st, Hotel Regeneration and The Ugly Duckling Becomes a Swan – the two exhibitions I am working on for the Fuorisalone 2021, respectively in via Ventura 14 and in my office in via Ventura 6, Lambrate district – will be virtually available as a preview on my website www.simonemicheli.com.

Three-dimensional spaces you can experience with a simple click. Visitors will have the possibility to explore all the details of the exhibitions that are going to liven up the Lambrate District during the Milan Design Week. Hotel Regeneration, in collaboration with Hotel & Tourism Forum, will be an interactive and avant-garde platform that will disclose the future of hospitality, thanks to the participation of illustrious business partners. Hybridization, contamination, and alteration are the key words driving Simone Micheli’s work, giving life to a space in which hospitality’s functions interact and spaces merge together thanks to a smart use of the technology and the materials linked to innovation and to new existence frames of our present. Installations will be devoted to prestigious international hotel chains and personalities from a wide range of fields, such as music, show business, cuisine, sport, fashion, press, and critics. 

The Ugly Duckling Becomes a Swan will show the transfiguration of a prestigious real estate with a terrible setting up and space organization.The project modifies the aesthetic soul of the place making it a supersonic and high-performance environment in terms of ergonomics and functionality. A targeted real estate property qualification achieved thanks to the expertise of top quality companies that will immerse visitors in the future real apartment that will take shape in a prestigious real estate on the seaside, on the famous pathway of Viareggio in Versilia. An ethical and smart project aimed at showing a new path for architecture and design.

On June 15th #REStart hospitality: Investment & Design will virtually take place; an original and innovative day dedicated to investments and design in the hospitality sector organized by Hotel & Tourism Forum Milan.
More than 1500 representatives are expected to participate, together with around 100 business partners and over 50 international and national speakers.
