VITAMINE con Simone Micheli è la nuova serie di podcast che ho ideato per approfondire con voi i temi legati alla qualificazione immobiliare e all’evoluzione del design. Riflessioni ed ipotesi contenutistiche per costruire il futuro, insieme.

Durante le narrazioni audio, costruite con l’obiettivo di coinvolgere l’ascoltatore e di offrire momenti di approfondimento carichi di informazioni, dialogherò con i protagonisti del fare architettonico, artisti, influencer e le eccellenze di ogni campo, operatori del settore immobiliare, residenziale, retail, hospitality. Interverranno personaggi del mondo della finanza e delle istituzioni per far emergere, dal dibattito, nuove direzioni possibili per definire i perimetri di performanti architetture, storie intrise di meraviglia, di positività intellettuali e commerciali.

Nella prima puntata di VITAMINE ho incontrato Emanuele Belli, consigliere delegato di Ave, una realtà imprenditoriale italiana fondata nel 1904, leader nello scenario internazionale dei produttori di apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche di qualità. 

Emanuele ed io ci siamo confrontati con spontaneità ed entusiasmo di domotica, tecnologia e futuro. Insieme abbiamo formulato ipotesi per un nuovo mondo green, raccontato che cosa è la smart home e quali sono le modalità intelligenti per utilizzare l’ecobonus.  Vitamins of home automation, technology, and the future

VITAMINE con Simone Micheli is the new series of podcasts I have conceived to explore topics related to property qualification and the evolution of design. Reflections and content hypotheses to build the future, together.

During the audio narrations, constructed with the aim of involving the listener and offering moments of in-depth analysis full of information, I will dialogue with the protagonists of the architectural process, artists, influencers and the excellences of each field, operators in the real estate, residential, retail and hospitality sectors. Personalities from the world of finance and institutions will take part in the debate to bring out new possible directions for defining the perimeters of high-performance architecture, wonderful stories, intellectual and commercial positivity.

In the first episode of VITAMINE, I met Emanuele Belli, managing director of Ave, an Italian company founded in 1904 and leader on the international scene of manufacturers of quality electrical and electronic equipment. 

Emanuele and I spontaneously and enthusiastically discussed home automation, technology and the future. Together we formulated hypotheses for a new green world, talked about what the smart home is and what are the smart ways to use the ecobonus.
