«La semplicità è la più grande sofisticatezza» disse Leonardo da Vinci, uomo dal talento universale, uno dei più illustri geni che l’umanità abbia mai avuto. 

Comprendere le strutture complesse della verità, le trame che tessono il presente e tradurle in principi manifesti, solidi elementi che compongono la realtà è da sempre il fil rouge che guida il mio sentiero progettuale.  È l’essenza che credo imprescindibile affinché ogni opera tocchi nel corretto modo le corde che muovono l’animo umano, lo rendono vivo, veritiero, abile nell’emozionarsi e di intravedere frammenti di futuro oltre la grigia coltre che annebbia la quotidianità.  È arte, bellezza, passione, estasi, meraviglia, straordinarietà, sostenibilità. 

È contatto con l’altrove.
La forma che libera il contenuto, la materia che plasma l’apparenza, la creazione di un unicum organico che coinvolge l’uomo è il fine ultimo di ogni mio progetto. 

Un’oasi di bellezza, uno spazio altro, un livello di esistenza ancora anti-canonico: questo è Future Hotel, il vasto compendio immobiliare di oltre 80.000 mq a cui sto dando vita a Durazzo in Albania per Fafa Group, destinato a divenire un simbolo internazionale riferito ad un nuovo medo di concepire le grandi dimensioni ospitali.

FUTURE HOTEL 

“Simplicity is the greatest sophistication” said Leonardo da Vinci, a man of universal talent, one of the most illustrious minds humanity has ever had. 

Understanding the complex structures of truth, the weaves that weave the present and translating them into manifest principles, solid elements that make up reality, has always been the fil rouge that guides my design path. It is the essence that I believe is essential for each work to touch the chords that move the human soul in the right way, making it alive, truthful, able to be moved and to glimpse fragments of the future beyond the grey blanket that clouds everyday life.  It is art, beauty, passion, ecstasy, wonder, extraordinariness, sustainability. 

It is contact with the elsewhere.
Form that liberates content, matter that shapes appearance, the creation of an organic unicum involving man is the goal of all my projects. 

An oasis of beauty, another space, a level of existence that is still anti-canonical: this is Future Hotel, the vast real estate complex of over 80,000 m2 that I am creating in Durres, Albania, for Fafa Group, destined to become an international symbol referring to a new way of conceiving large-scale hospitality.
