Il fiore é un’architettura perfetta. Affascinante, precisamente composto, cromaticamente ineccepibile, delicatamente profumato, indispensabile per la riproduzione della specie. Il bosco è una città dinamica, energica, operosa, ricca di esseri viventi, generatrice di prezioso ossigeno. Noi siamo nati già immersi in un mondo d’eccezione, antico, puro, originale: la natura. Un sistema organico e impeccabilmente funzionante in cui ogni elemento è parte fondamentale del tutto. Colori, suoni, sapori e forme si miscelano in uno straordinario equilibrio, cosí che qualsivoglia essere possa vivere in armonia con il circostante. L’architettura naturale è una fonte di energia, di bellezza e di positività. Uomini, animali e piante convivono e, insieme, garantiscono la salute degli ecosistemi.

Guardando lo skyline, la figurazione del pianeta, l’orizzonte, c’è soltanto una cosa che stona: l’operato umano, quando fatto con scarsa attenzione, poca coscienza, mancanza di cognizione ma soprattutto di rispetto! Laddove l’uomo perde il contatto con la concretezza del reale, con la meraviglia che fonda l’esistenza, non possono che essere costruite opere grottescamente dissonanti, irresponsabili, distruttive.

Creare oggetti essenziali e/o assonanti/dissonanti è compito di ogni progettista che desidera vivere in reale simbiosi con il mondo di cui fa parte, e compiere un passo. La natura è fonte inesauribile di ispirazione, maestra, musa e saggia dispensatrice di consigli: le sue forme sono ammalianti, i suoi colori perfettamente integrati, gli obiettivi chiari. Dalla complementarietà della sabbia finissima e pura con le acque dei mari dovremmo imparare, ascoltare gli alberi, osservare i fiori. Lasciare che il mondo intorno imprima le sue suggestioni nel nostro intelletto e ci guidi nella formulazione di oggetti essenziali, abili nel soddisfare i desideri contemporanei ma “belli”, integrati, o volutamente e responsabilmente dissonanti ma di quella dissonanza che si completa, che non stride, che stupisce e che è portatrice di meraviglia nella meraviglia qual è la natura che è l’humus vivendi dai primi albori…

Naturae docet! 

The flower is perfect architecture. Fascinating, precisely composed, chromatically irreproachable, delicately scented, indispensable for the reproduction of the species. The forest is a dynamic, energetic, industrious city, rich in living beings, generating precious oxygen. We are born already immersed in an exceptional, ancient, pure, original world: nature. An organic and impeccably functioning system in which each element is a fundamental part of the whole. Colours, sounds, tastes and shapes blend in an extraordinary balance, so that any being can live in harmony with its surroundings. Natural architecture is a source of energy, beauty and positivity. Humans, animals and plants live together and, together, ensure healthy ecosystems.

When you look at the skyline, the shape of the planet, the horizon, there is only one thing that stands out: human activity, when it is done with lack of attention, little conscience, lack of knowledge and above all, lack of respect! Wherever man loses contact with the concreteness of reality, with the wonder that underpins existence, there can only be grotesquely discordant, irresponsible and destructive works.

Creating essential and/or assonant/dissonant objects is the task of every designer who wishes to live in real symbiosis with the world of which he or she is a part. Nature is an inexhaustible source of inspiration, teacher, muse and wise dispenser of advice: its shapes are bewitching, its colours perfectly integrated, its objectives clear. We should learn from the complementarity of fine, pure sand with the waters of the seas, listen to the trees, observe the flowers. Let the world around us imprint its suggestions on our intellect and guide us in the formulation of essential objects, capable of satisfying contemporary desires but “beautiful”, integrated, or deliberately and responsibly dissonant, but of that dissonance which is complete, which does not clash, which amazes and which is the bearer of wonder within wonder, such as nature, which is the humus vivendi from the earliest beginnings…
